We are charged a much higher courier rate for parts of Scotland so we are unfortunately unable to offer free delivery to these areas.

Doves Farm Organic Self Raising White Flour is supplied in a 1kg pack and contains finely milled wheat flour with added raising agents. The flour is formulated for baking applications where self-raising flour is required in recipes.
The flour includes wheat flour combined with raising agents such as mono-calcium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate. The wheat flour is fortified with calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, and thiamine as listed in the ingredient information.
Self Raising White Flour can be used in a variety of baking preparations including sponge cakes, muffins, and other baked goods that require self-raising flour. It may be measured and added directly into recipes as required.
