Belvoir
Description
Belvoir Farm Blueberry & Blackcurrant Cordial is a fruit cordial supplied in a 500ml glass bottle. The drink concentrate combines blueberry and blackcurrant juices with water, sugar, and citric acid as part of the formulation. It is designed to be diluted with water or other beverages before serving.
The recipe includes blueberry juice and blackcurrant juice alongside additional blueberry juice from concentrate. These ingredients form the fruit component of the cordial, creating a dark berry-flavoured drink base when mixed with water.
The cordial can be diluted according to taste with still or sparkling water. It may also be used as a mixer in drinks or as an ingredient in beverage recipes depending on preference.
Packaged in a 500ml glass bottle, the cordial is suitable for cupboard storage before opening. After dilution, the drink can be served chilled or over ice.
